  It's sad I have been going to 2020 Eyecare since I was a child and I need to write this review to make my point. The doctors provided great service, however the billing aspect for me had been horrible. I was seen in January of 2016 and was told my visit would be billed properly for insurance coverage. Then I receive a bill last month for $173 saying it wasn't covered and is 90 days past due on my first notice! Why did it take 15 months to let me know? I have tried calling and it seems there is only one billing person who is never there when I have the chance to call. If this isn't resolved I most definitely will go elsewhere and advise all my family and friends to do the same.

  Worst experience at an optometrist ever. Employees actively deceive you. I made an appointment explicitly to get contacts after losing my glasses and at the end of the exam they said I had to make an entirely new appointment to be screened for contacts. The employees were rude and tried to blame me for their lack of consideration. With no other option than to buy glasses as I couldn't afford to take another morning off work, I was promised a delivery of the glasses in 7 days "at the most." Unsurprisingly, after 7 business days I was informed that it will be another "few" days until the arrive. If you are in a situation where you need glasses or any sort of eye care, I would not recommend going to this clinic to anyone. I feel cheated and lied to and I am sure this experience is not limited to myself. The business has no consideration for their customers other and is not above lying to hide their poor business practice. 20./20 is a scam.

  Avoid this place like you would avoid the plague. Terrible experience for me. When a problem with my frames came up they would not help, and were very rude. They would take my money though. They would not help repair, and they even told me that they were going to warranty my old lenses to pay for my new ones that I just gave them $385 for. This place is a scam. My Wife, Myself and my daughter will go someplace else from now on. Thanks for nothing 20/20 eye-care.
